The Weekend Before Your iGCSE Maths Exam...

The iGCSE Maths exam is just around the corner and you're feeling nervous. It's totally normal to feel anxious before a big exam like the iGCSE Maths. However, there are a few things you can do over the weekend before your iGCSE Maths exam that will help calm your nerves and boost your confidence.

First of all, make sure you get plenty of rest. Staying up all night, cramming equations might seem like a good idea but it can actually do more harm than good. Secondly, don't hesitate to seek help from teachers or peers if you're stuck on a concept. Remember, you're not in this alone! Also, make time to practice some past papers. Notably, research shows that students with low confidence experience a rise in anxiety levels the week before exams. Therefore, by practicing past papers and reviewing questions you struggled with in the past, you can build your confidence level while also getting familiar with the format of the exam. Additionally, don't forget to take care of your physical and emotional well-being. Make sure you exercise, eat well and take breaks to do something that relaxes you. Lastly, keep a positive attitude!

Believe in yourself and your ability to succeed.

The weekend before your iGCSE Maths exam can be stressful, but by taking care of yourself and practicing past papers, you'll be setting yourself up for success. Remember, you've prepared for this exam over the past months and now it's time to put your skills to the test. Good luck to all the iGCSE Maths students out there! You got this!
